The idea for a short sale bus tour is not new. It has been employed by investing clubs, Realtors, and others across the country - first in the boom areas of California and Florida coasts.

The WESTERVILLE4CLOSURES.COM bus tour is the direct initiative of Edward Sanchez, of HER Real Living’s Sanchez and Ramirez Team. Ed is an entrepreneur and leader within the Realtor and Hispanic communities of central Ohio. He is active in the Hispanic Realtors Association and founder of the Columbus Hispanic Professionals Meetup group. He has been active in the Westerville real estate market for more than 4 years.

We acknowledge that some people feel uncomfortable touring homes of people who are being forced to sell - by their bank, financial circumstances, or job situation. We believe buyers serve a useful purpose in free and open markets. We work to educate our tour participants to look for a good deal without passing judgment on the homeowners or banks involved. We also make every effort to pre-approve each tour participant to minimize nosy neighbors and curiosity-seekers. That wastes our resources, too.
