We currently have 3 different ways for you to tour the “BEST DEALS” on the market:
First, simply sign up for the next scheduled westerville4closures.com bus tour based on the 10 homes we have chosen to tour. The bus departs each Saturday morning at 10 am from Heritage Park starting on May 24, 2008.
Second, you can sign up for a *FREE* list of bank repossessions, bank owned, short sale and foreclosure properties, scroll through the list that we send you and YOU CHOOSE 5 - 10 luxury homes you would like to see. We will organize a tour specifically for your needs and on your schedule.
The third option is for those who don’t have the time to build their own tour. With this option you sign up for an easy automated search of these homes based on your price range, your area of interest and your specific criteria. We will search for the homes that match your criteria, narrow the list down to the 10 best deals, organize the tour, and schedule a time around your schedule.
As a buyer in this current market, we understand that there are thousands of homes to choose from. We spend countless hours every week searching for the best deals on the market. We start with hundreds of bank-owned and short sale luxury homes, narrow our list down to dozens of homes to preview, then we go out and see them for ourselves. From there, we choose the very best homes to tour for our “Buyer” clients.

Traditional open houses are sometimes uncomfortable for both buyers and sellers because you’ve often got a hovering agent watching your every move. Most importantly, they’re NOT very effective at selling homes either. In fact, according to industry statistics, less than 1% of homes are sold as a result of a traditional open house.
In contrast, our well-organized and efficient tour is much more convenient and productive for both buyers and sellers. We found that most buyers can determine within a very short time-frame whether or not they’re interested in a home they’ve previewed.
